Substitution Products
We endeavour to provide our products as pictured. If there is a circumstance where an item is unavailable we will substitute with a product of equal or greater value.
Gifts Containing Alcohol
It is against the Queensland law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
By purchasing our products, the purchaser agrees that they and the recipient of the gift being ordered, are over 18 years old.
The purchaser accepts that it is an offence to falsely represent they are of legal age to purchase alcohol and to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is under 18 years.
The recipient may be required to provide a valid ID for proof of age and sign for the goods upon delivery.
Food & Product Disclosure
Cherish Hampers & Gifts products are used and consumed strictly at the purchaser’s risk. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read all food & product labels before using or consuming.
Cherish Hampers & Gifts are there-by released from all liability in relation to injuries, allergies and damages resulting from the consumption or use of these products.
